Travel Virtual RN - Onsite

Trinity Health is seeking a dedicated Travel Virtual Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing high-quality patient care through innovative virtual health solutions. This role requires onsite presence at designated locations while utilizing telehealth technology to assess, monitor, and support patients remotely. As a Travel Virtual RN, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure seamless healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide virtual patient assessments, monitoring, and education.
2. Utilize telehealth technology to coordinate care plans and interventions.
3. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
4. Ensure timely documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations.
5. Support patients in managing chronic conditions through remote guidance.
6. Respond to patient inquiries, providing real-time clinical support.
7. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medications.
8. Identify and escalate urgent medical concerns when necessary.
9. Participate in continuous training to enhance telehealth skills.
10. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:

1. Active RN license with multi-state or compact eligibility.
2. Minimum of two years of nursing experience (telehealth experience preferred).
3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities.
5. Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
6. Ability to travel to designated onsite locations as required.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
8. Strong adaptability in a fast-paced virtual healthcare environment.
9. Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams.
10. BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
