Join Our Mission to Revolutionize the Patient Experience We're seeking an exceptional Executive Director, Digital Transformation to drive our digital strategy and unlock insights that will propel our organization forward. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will define and execute digital transformation initiatives that harness the power of AI, data analytics, and emerging technologies to drive innovation, operational efficiencies, and enterprise growth. About the Role: Develop and execute AI and data analytic strategies to support transformation initiatives Build out our AI and analytic capabilities through talent acquisition and strategic partnerships Contribute to our Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap to drive digital transformation across the enterprise Monitor and report on progress of realized value from AI and data analytics digital transformation initiatives Develop education and training programs to drive adoption of business transformation through AI solutions Partner with functional heads to execute functional AI initiatives that drive efficiencies and innovative solutions Ensure deliverables are aligned with corporate security and compliance policies Manage budget responsibilities for AI and data digital transformation portfolio investments and services What We're Looking For: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science/analytics, engineering, or a related field Minimum of 15 years of experience in Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics, AI, MI, data management, and data security Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles in information technology and/or Data Science Deep knowledge of Data Analytics and AI models Experience with M&A activities and integrations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Experience working in the biotech/pharma industry preferred What We Offer: A competitive salary range of $219K - $329K per year A comprehensive benefit program, including an Employee Stock Purchase Program and 401(k) matching Opportunities to grow in a culture that prioritizes learning, development, and progression A collaborative, innovative team that works as one to amplify your impact A diverse and inclusive work environment that values your unique perspectives and contributions How to Apply: If you're a transformative leader with a passion for digital innovation, please submit your application today.
