This remote role offers a unique blend of autonomy, collaboration, and community, with a competitive salary range of $124,200 - $205,400 per year, depending on location and experience. Key Responsibilities: Prioritize, prospect, and engage large organizations to launch Amazon Business's innovative Outsourced E-Commerce Solution, a game-changing service that redefines the B2B2C supply fulfillment landscape. Advance prospects through the discovery phase, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution and launch readiness. Lead contract negotiations, champion the solution internally and externally, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution development and iteration. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with C-Suite executives, establishing Amazon Business as a trusted advisor and partner in the industry. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in complex sales or business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and success. 5+ years of experience in large-scale deal negotiations, with a strong ability to navigate complex customer relationships and establish credibility with senior-level executives. BA/BS degree or 15 years of equivalent experience, with an MBA preferred. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-Suite customer executives, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of supply chain and/or technology as a service, with experience working in a large enterprise with multiple business units.
