We are seeking a compassionate and skilled PC Intensive Case Manager to provide trauma-informed case management services to clients in the Preferred Communities (PC) program. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to reach their full potential and achieve self-sufficiency. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including refugees, SIVs, asylees, parolees, and other eligible individuals. Your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional case management services will be essential in helping our clients navigate complex systems and access vital resources.
