What You’ll Do
As a Therapist Intern, you will gain experience in creating an environment where patients and families feel supported, safe, and inspired to grow. You will:
· Observe mental health professionals in client assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and family therapy.
· Participate in supervised individual and group therapy sessions.
· Collaborate with the mental health team to develop and facilitate psychoeducational skills training.
· Learn to keep accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
· Engage in ongoing learning through team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
· Participate in crisis support, safety planning, and coordinate referrals.

What We’re Looking For
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in social work, counseling, or marriage and family.
Requirements:
- Liability insurance required.
- Minimum of 2 days per week, Monday – Friday.
- Non-Paid; Experience ONLY position.
