实战经验：截止到面试时的半年内，要有在校课程设计或实习培训等实际实战经历。候选人独立完成最佳，若是小组合作模式，则需负责主要功能模块的技术实现 New IT 能力 （不是必须，但有可优先考虑）：
Cloud Knowledge：对主流的云平台的产品特性和平台能力有初步了解，有实际使用经验更佳，如腾讯云，阿里云等。
