The successful candidate will have a solid background in RF design, experience of taking a leading role on engineering projects and be an excellent communicator and will be split between designing RF systems at component level, and providing technical leadership for the development of projects. Hiring Manager: Christian Borelli, Founder and CSO.    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Create and maintain technical documentation using DITA - Structure content to support clarity, reuse, and scalability - Participate in shaping the future of AI-empowered information sharing and documentation workflows - Work closely with developers and product teams to understand features and use cases - Contribute to improvements in documentation workflows and processes - Support documentation delivery across platforms and tool   WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-have Technical skills: - Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with a focus on analog/mixed-signal circuit design with 3+ years of industry experience, preferably within wireless systems - Experience with technical documentation or working in an engineering or technical environment - Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly - Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly engineering - Ability to structure and organize information for clarity and reuse - Experience with structured authoring (e.g. DITA-OT, markdown, XML) - Familiarity with Git or other version control systems Soft & Professional Skills: - Clear, structured communication in professional English—able to explain complex results concisely - Collaborative and feedback-oriented mindset - Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide less experienced engineers - Strong ownership, reliability, and follow-through - Curious, self-motivated attitude, eager to learn and explore new tools or methods - High level of integrity and professionalism in representing the company and handling sensitive information.   OUR CULTURE We’re a fully remote team of around 25 people distributed across the UK, Armenia, Italy, the US, Estonia, India, and beyond.
