The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills What You will Do: Knowledge of making import entries in the U.S and filing the necessary paperwork. Ability to interact with import brokers such as FedEx, UPS, Expeditors, etc. Knowledge of the U.S. Harmonized Tariff System and how to look up duties and tariffs Strong knowledge of ACE, duty and tariff mitigation Ability to filter/sort data and extract data with pivot tables within Excel Work Experience How You Will Get Here: The ideal candidate is a process-driven compliance expert with deep knowledge of U.S. and international trade regulations, including exemptions, duty mitigation strategies, and trade agreements 5–10 years of trade compliance experience in a global environment Strong knowledge of ACE, duty mitigation, and free trade agreements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teams Detail-oriented and adaptable; capable of handling shifting compliance priorities quickly Trade Compliance in Global Environment ACE, Duty Mitigation, & Free Trade Agreements Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint SAP Excellent verbal and written skills Pay Range: $80,000-$85,000 Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within the United States. Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of this role, proof of US Citizenship is required upon hire.
