Our Support Coordinators are expected to provide excellent customer service by taking and making calls from our clients and providing them with the most up to date solutions.
? Manage inbound customer and partner calls and chats
? Make outbound customer and partner calls and chats as needed
? Oversee day to day communication via phone and chat system
? Consistent email interactions with our partners
? Strong relationship with Field Leadership Team
? On-Time delivery of communication
? Strong understanding of process execution
? Strong attention to detail
? Fast typing skills
? Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing atmosphere
? Training of peers and occasional stretch assignments

Qualifications and Education Requirements
? Experience in customer/vendor communication
? Experience in a high pace call center atmosphere (preferred)
? Experience using CRM software
? Experience using chat systems
? Customer service experience
