Source to contract procurement process support including RFPs, data, and audits Maintain internal repository of agreements and negotiation results. Support supplier management and savings tracking. MS GO program management support. Hotel program support (eg bid analysis, operational audits). Specialty travel program (eg white glove service desk). Group booking program (develop into SME on processes and tools). Internal procurement tools expert. Learn and own key procurement tools for contract storage, RFPs, sustainability, data, supplier onboarding, etc. Data and analytics. Data entry for key metrics and insights. Ability to review data and identify high level trends / KPIs. Additional scope and support as needed / assigned. Ideal Candidate Profile: College student or newly graduated candidate seeking corpoXX experience for 6m+ commitment. Self-starter comfortable working within a remote working environment. Interested in pursuing a career in Procurement, Program Candidateagement, Hospitality or Travel industries. Comfortable with a fast paced, multi-project environment. Proactive and capable to work independently on projects and in a team environment. Good communication skills. Go-getter personality. Eager to learn and grow long term with the company. Ability to follow process steps per internal compliance requirements. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio. Advanced skills with PowerPoint preferred.
