Job Description:
• Assist in the day-to-day administration and support of the Salesforce platform, including user account management, permissions, and roles.
• Help maintain data integrity by performing regular data cleansing, deduplication, and validation activities.
• Work on reviewing the backlog items and coordinate with Scrum leader and business to update all the functional and technical acceptance criteria.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality, either through coursework, personal study, or previous internship experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
• Eagerness to learn Salesforce administration best practices and platform capabilities.
