Experience
? Active Property and Casualty License (required)
? Allstate, State Farm or Farmers sales experience (preferred)
? 1+ years experience in the insurance industry (preferred)

Responsibilities
? High level of activity including phone calls, texts and emails
? Complete new business onboarding
? Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments
? Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referral generation, and utilizing various lead sources provided
? Identifying cross-sell opportunities

Schedule
? Monday – Friday
? 40-hour workweek

Total compensation which includes base pay plus bonuses can range from $65,000-$110,000
