Staff Data Scientist

As our first Staff Data Scientist, you’ll be building a new branch of our business and product suite. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of AI-driven features across our platform, defining the strategy, tools, and infrastructure that will power intelligent systems throughout our AWS-based ecosystem. Requirements Architect, build, and deploy ML and AI models—from classical ML (SVMs, Random Forests, Decision Trees) to advanced deep learning techniques (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs). Integrate LLM-powered agents and prompt engineering techniques into user-facing products and internal tools. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and data science across the business. Analyze structured and unstructured data using SQL, Python, statistics, and advanced mathematical techniques to extract insights and drive action. Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art AI tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI) and stay current on emerging trends in LLMs, prompt engineering, and ML Ops. Build secure, scalable, and maintainable AI systems aligned with best practices in software and data engineering. Lead research and prototyping initiatives to explore innovative AI applications for the business. Write clean, efficient, testable code while upholding modern engineering standards.
