Position Purpose
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Product Manager to own complex OEM network integrations and transform that complexity into clear documentation, diagrams, and operational playbooks for the business.
This role requires deep understanding of networking technologies and OEM implementations, including controller architectures, security models, authentication flows, and APIs. You will ensure these capabilities are effectively leveraged within ElevenOS to deliver solutions such as guest connectivity, Passpoint, Personal Pass Key, and conferencing.
Using lab environments and operational data, you will guide product decisions from discovery through rollout, ensuring strong integration quality and platform reliability. You will translate customer, partner, and market needs into a technically grounded product roadmap aligned with Eleven’s platform strategy.
This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with OEM partners, Engineering, Support/NOC, Customer Success, and Sales from discovery through launch and lifecycle management.
