Join Our Team and Shape the Future of Ultra-Fast Shopping Experiences We're seeking an experienced and ambitious Sr Manager to lead our Same Day Delivery Operations Excellence team, driving the success of our ultra-fast shopping experience for clients in North America. As a key member of our Quick and Regional Logistics (R2L) association, you will be responsible for network delivery cost and customer experience, leveraging your expertise to make a significant impact on our business. Job Summary: Competitive salary: $25/hour Immediate start date available Full-time employment with a private company 8-hour workdays Location: Nashville, USA (remote work options available) As a Sr Manager, you will lead a team of 10+ program managers, establishing and reviewing daily and weekly metrics on last-mile business performance. You will develop and maintain the SSD strategy and playbook for improving last-mile delivery cost and quality, building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams, including Amazon Flex, Finance, Delivery Operations Tech, and Field Operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of 10+ program managers Establish and review daily and weekly metrics on last-mile business performance Develop and maintain the SSD strategy and playbook for improving last-mile delivery cost and quality Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams Present business performance to key executive and VP leaders Essential Qualifications: 3+ years of team management experience 3+ years of supply chain expertise MBA Preferred Qualifications: Experience delivering cross-functional projects Experience analyzing and communicating results to senior management Experience defining and executing program requirements Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery Experience working with, presenting to, and influencing senior leaders up to VP level We Want to Hear From You!
