Key Responsibilities – Your Mission at arenaflex - Promote and Sell Air Travel: Act as a trusted advisor who showcases arenaflex’s flight offerings, helping customers select the best itineraries, fare classes, and ancillary services that meet their travel objectives. - Itinerary Management & Ticketing: Build and modify travel itineraries, calculate accurate fares, issue tickets, process refunds, and manage re‑bookings using the arenaflex reservation platform. - Customer Inquiry Resolution: Field inbound calls, emails, and chat messages; provide clear, concise information on flight schedules, baggage policies, loyalty benefits, and more. - Complaint Investigation: Research and resolve passenger complaints related to delays, cancellations, or service disruptions, ensuring outcomes are fair, timely, and aligned with arenaflex policies. - Policy Communication: Keep customers informed about new regulations, corporate policies, and operational changes that affect their travel experience. - Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Safety, Legal, and Marketing teams to relay critical feedback, support crisis communications, and enhance overall service delivery. - Data‑Driven Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as first‑contact resolution, net promoter score (NPS), and turnaround time; provide actionable insights to leadership. - Continuous Improvement: Identify trends, propose process enhancements, and contribute to the development of training materials and standard operating procedures.
