Tri-City United Schools serves the communities of Le Center, Lonsdale, & Montgomery STARTING DATE: 2025-2026 school year, first day of new teacher workshop is August 19, 2025 SALARY: $43,500-$73,125 based on qualifications and years of experience BENEFITS: Insurance, retirement and paid time off REPORTS TO: Building Principal, Director of Special Services DATE OF POSTING: 03/26/2025 LICENSURE: Appropriate PELSB Teacher License in Special Education (ABS, EBD, LD, ASD, DCD). All special education licensure areas will be considered. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS: - Delivery and Instruction of Special Education services to high school students - Understanding of Special Education due process and paperwork, maintaining accurate student records - Assessing student learning, analyzing student data and planning accordingly for student success - Creating an engaging and respectful classroom for all - Effective communication with key stakeholders, including families and guardians - Work collaboratively with multiple instructional teams WHY TCU: This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative school district with a forward-thinking vision.
