Solutions Delivery Consultant (Remote From Anywhere)

Overview of the role:

The Solutions Delivery Consultant position drives end-to-end proposal and RFP responses while collaborating across teams to create client-aligned, feasible solutions that enhance business outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Solution Understanding:

– Collaborating with Sales and Technology teams to engage clients early in business opportunities.

– Identifying and understanding Client needs, aligning internal capabilities, and participating in the formal presales phase.

Proposal & RFP Management:

– Hands-on development, review, and delivery of proposals and RFP responses.

– Ensuring solutions meet client requirements and align with company capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

– Coordinating with Sales, Delivery, and Technology teams.

– Managing communications and ensuring smooth proposal evolution and approval.

Proposal Process Leadership:

– Overseeing multiple proposal processes simultaneously.

– Managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder inputs.

Sales Operations Support:

– Providing operational support throughout the presales cycle.

– Ensuring alignment across teams on timelines and deliverables.

Documentation, Metrics, and Continuous Improvement:

– Maintaining detailed records of proposals and RFP responses.

– Gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Requirements:

– 4 years in IT Outsourcing & Consulting companies in Delivery Management / Presales client-facing roles.

– Solid understanding of various engagement models and Delivery frameworks.

– Proven experience in client-facing interactions and stakeholder collaboration.

– Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

– Strong understanding of IT outsourcing business models.

– Hands-on experience in preparing proposals and RFP responses.

– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) / Computer Science or similar.

– Experience in RFP management and internal process coordination.

– Proven ability to translate client business requirements into actionable proposals.

– Experience working with Sales, Delivery, and Technical teams.

– Demonstrated ability to manage operational aspects of sales and proposal process.

– Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

– Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

– Advanced level of English.
