About the position As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and maintaining operational standards. You will work closely with a team of baristas, guiding and motivating them to deliver exceptional service and expertly-crafted beverages. Responsibilities Lead each shift and manage store operations to ensure quality service and product delivery. , Motivate and guide team members to create a positive work environment. , Ensure adherence to store policies and standards, including cash handling and safety protocols. , Train and coach baristas in beverage preparation and customer service. , Maintain a calm and efficient atmosphere during busy periods. Requirements 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment. , 6 months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction. , 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating team efforts. , Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. , Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Nice-to-haves Experience in a leadership role within a retail or restaurant setting. , Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members and customers. , Knowledge of Starbucks products and beverage preparation.
