We're growing fast, we're investing in our platform, and we're looking for a DevOps Engineer who wants to be part of building something meaningful.   The Role As a DevOps Engineer on our Platform Engineering team, you'll own production deployments, drive automation, and play a hands-on role in shaping how our systems are built and operated. This isn't a "tickets and toil" kind of role. You'll have real ownership, real visibility, and real opportunities to influence the direction of our platform. You'll work across mobile and backend systems, partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Professional Services teams, and help us move toward a more automated, containerized future. If you're the kind of engineer who gets genuinely excited about eliminating manual work and making systems more reliable, you're going to love it here.   What You'll Own - Mobile Deployment You'll be the end-to-end owner of iOS and Android application deployments. That means managing App Store Connect and Google Play Console workflows, handling signing, provisioning, and compliance, and automating build and release processes so every release is smooth and consistent. - Automation and Infrastructure as Code You'll design and maintain Ansible automation for deployments, APIs, IIS configuration, certificate rotation, and environment standardization. You'll use Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure in a repeatable, auditable way and build reusable automation patterns that reduce drift and support the whole team. - Application Hosting and Platform Support You'll operate and tune IIS in Windows-based production environments, support containerized workloads in Docker and Kubernetes, and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements that make deployments more predictable and reliable.   What You Bring - 5 to 8 years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a related role supporting production systems - Strong, hands-on Ansible experience for deployment and configuration automation - Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code experience - Proven experience deploying mobile applications on iOS and Android - Solid IIS experience in Windows-based production environments - Scripting ability in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or C# - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines - Experience supporting production SaaS platforms and troubleshooting across application and infrastructure layers Bonus points for: - Experience with Progress/OpenEdge or similar legacy platforms - Container orchestration or platform modernization background - Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, or SSO authentication flows Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
