Role Summary Step into a key operational role as a Payroll Service Delivery Manager at Zalaris ASA. In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison for our German clients, managing relationships, overseeing SAP-related German payroll processes, and driving operational excellence and compliance. If you're a German speaking payroll expert located in Czechia, interested in taking ownership of client relationship matters, don’t hesitate to.   Your Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service delivery. - Ensure services are delivered in alignment with contractual SLAs by monitoring, reporting, and analyzing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction. - Take ownership of your client’s service-related financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring. - Efficiently manage change request implementation processes by coordinating testing, deployments, and system enhancements within the payroll platform. - Ensure adherence to Zalaris’ internal controls, policies, and compliance standards. - Proactively lead automation initiatives (e.g., RPA), transition activities between nearshore/offshore teams, and identify further cost optimization opportunities. - Foster strong collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to support integrated service delivery.   Your Experience and Skills - In-depth understanding of German payroll (mandatory) - High proficiency in German and communicative English (mandatory) - Experience in outsourcing company in HR, payroll, or accounting - Work experience with SAP HCM is an asset - Business-minded with an analytical mindset - Ability to plan, prioritize, and structure work to achieve results - Strong customer relationship management and process improvement skills - Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills - Proactive, energetic, and adaptable attitude - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field   What we offer - Competitive salary tailored to experience and benefits package - Remote working mode offering flexibility  - A dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative work environment - The opportunity to contribute to a global leader in HR and payroll services - Employment contract with an attractive benefits package   #LI-DNI #LI-DNP Ready to become part of our team?
