Responsibilities • Respond to customer requests for banking transactions. , • Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs. , • Build customer loyalty and advocate for customer satisfaction. , • Balance cash, daily transactions, vault, and ATM. , • Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements. , • Follow information security policies to protect customer privacy. , • Assist with opening and closing the banking center. , • Sell bank products and make customer referrals to support sales goals. , • Participate in daily/weekly meetings and coaching sessions. Requirements • High School Diploma or Equivalent. , • 3 months of sales, cash handling, or related experience.
