As a Senior Product Manager in our Analytics & Behavior Change group, you'll be at the forefront of driving business decisions and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, data engineering, and application development, to modernize legacy systems and bring cutting-edge technology to our products. Your expertise will help us build analytical cloud-based products, support pharmaceutical forecasting and pricing, and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include: Providing strategic leadership and defining product roadmaps, vision, and strategy Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from user research to launch Collaborating with stakeholders to align product strategies with business goals Identifying new opportunities and developing long-term strategic plans Analyzing data to influence product features and prioritization Facilitating cross-functional communication and establishing relationships with collaborators To succeed in this role, you'll need: 10+ years of experience in software development projects 5+ years of product management experience 5+ years of experience with Agile development methodology 4+ years of experience working with engineering or data science teams 1+ year of hands-on experience with a programming language Deep knowledge of healthcare data and analytics tools Proven track record of managing successful analytics products Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Preferred qualifications include experience with forecasting, what-if scenario planning, and financial analysis, as well as technical hands-on experience with SQL, cloud-based architecture, PySpark, and Python.
