Job Requirements: • Day- to – day PBX technical support (MACs, Voice Mail, Call Accounting, ACD reporting) • ACD Call flow application programming of splits, vectors, and trunking • On-site hardware support for Avaya ACD/PBX and Predictive Dialer’s, Verint Impact 360, circuits, multiplexers and CSU/DSU’s, and other servers / equipment in the SLC data room • Second level corporate problem escalation for Avaya ACD/PBX, Predictive Dialer, Verint Impact 360, Voice/Data network circuits, call analysis/investigation • Ongoing assessment of Avaya ACD/PBX, Predictive Dialer, Verint Impact 360, including assisting the Telecom Manager with planning, upgrades, design, capacity monitoring, programming and documentation support • Voice systems troubleshooting, installs, moves and changes • Assist with voice network design, planning and support • Assist with ACD Call Center hardware/software design and support • Escalation and resource of additional vendor labor support when necessary Qualifications: • Dynamic and dependable • Ability to work under high pressure • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Integrity and drive • Energetic and Enthusiastic • Prompt and fast paced • Bachelor’s in Computer Science • 5 – 7 Year experience in PBX Administration • Experience with Avaya G3R/Si, 8700, 8300, G700, Intuity, Audix, CMS, Definity • Broad background in Avaya IP Telephony (Media Servers & Media Gateway) If you’ve got the skills to succeed and the motivation to make it happen, we look forward to hearing from you.
