Senior Manager, Quality Assurance

Job Description: • Leading the implementation and enhancement of QA frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and regulatory requirements. • Building, mentoring, and developing the QA team, setting clear expectations and driving a culture of high performance, learning, and accountability. • Overseeing quality outcomes, tracking key performance indicators, and communicating trends and risks to leadership. • Fostering cross-functional partnerships with business, finance, compliance, and IT to integrate best practices and drive continuous improvement. • Championing a proactive approach to compliance, identifying and mitigating emerging risks. • Guiding and supporting Quality Assurance Manager in escalation protocols, issue resolution, process improvements, and implementation of preventive measures. • Leading continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation, analytics, and digital tools to strengthen QA performance and reporting accuracy.
