Job Description:
• Lead the development, testing and debugging of new and existing composable design system components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and/or stakeholders to understand product requirements.
• Align technical decisions with project goals and user requirements.
• Set an example in code reviews by evaluating code quality, architectural alignment, performance, security, and adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in software development that includes building web components with Typescript and React.
• passion for communication and collaboration with strong skills demonstrated in working effectively with teams
• ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical cross-functional partners
• continuous learning and sharing knowledge
• mentoring developers through pair programming and giving feedback
