Key Responsibilities As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will: - Oversee financial operations and reporting across multiple geographies. - Collaborate with management, accountants, auditors, and vendors to ensure seamless financial processes. - Manage and monitor budgets, perform bank reconciliations, and support financial audits. - Maintain accurate records and reports in QuickBooks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Contribute to multiple projects with enthusiasm and adaptability. - Supporting HR tasks.  Requirements We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria: - Certified Public Accountant (CPA). - Proven experience (4-7 years) in a finance, controllership, and/or accounting role; auditing team experience is an advantage. - Experience with the established accounting firms such as Ernst and Young, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, Philip Morris, and etc) is a plus. - Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively. - Enthusiasm for working with diverse projects and collaborating across teams. - Full proficiency in English (spoken and written). - Experience working with a start-up is a major advantage.
