Description: Serve as the senior executive relationship owner for assigned accounts within the TMT segment. Develop strategic partnerships with client executives by understanding their business challenges and aligning Conduent’s capabilities to address them. Collaborate with internal teams—including delivery, solution architects, and business development—to ensure service excellence and identify expansion opportunities. Lead account planning efforts, including growth strategies, renewal planning, and risk mitigation. Drive revenue and margin growth by expanding service offerings, negotiating renewals, and pursuing new business within existing accounts. Monitor and manage account-level financial performance, delivery metrics, and client satisfaction. Provide industry and market insights to influence solution development and go-to-market strategies. Ensure compliance with contracts, manage escalations, and oversee the resolution of complex issues. Act as a Conduent brand ambassador and thought leader in the TMT segment. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management or client relationship roles in the Technology, Media, or Telecom industry. Demonstrated success in managing complex accounts and growing long-term client relationships. Strong knowledge of BPO, CX, or digital transformation services. Excellent communication, executive presence, and strategic thinking skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed environment. Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. Ability to travel as needed.
