Job Description:
• Create innovative, thought-provoking and highly leveraged research offering compelling advice for clients
• Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership
• Create in-depth analysis that identifies the root causes of clients’ barriers
• Demonstrate thought leadership by developing provocative, independent insights
• Track and work closely with vendors and emerging technologies
• Provide individualized advice rooted in quantitative and qualitative data
• Create and deliver high-value presentation materials
• Provide sales support and high-quality content peer review
• Build credibility as an industry expert
• Identify research process improvements
Requirements:
• 12+ years of relevant experience in HR technology leadership roles
• Specific knowledge of core L&D platforms and technologies
• Profound understanding of CHRO challenges
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing HR tech strategies in enterprises
• Deep first-hand knowledge of the HR tech landscape
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree a plus
• Strong executive presence and credibility with senior-level audiences
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
• Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
