Who You Are CAULIPOWER is looking for a high-visibility Senior Demand Planning Manager to support our diverse range of high-growth products. A great candidate is someone who focuses on improving current demand planning and S&OP processes while developing effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns. You are skilled at coordinating events and promotions with sales and operations teams, supporting management with risk assessments and mitigation activities, and proposing and implementing solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy. You believe analysis is an important component of this position, including pulling the necessary information to be able to plan appropriately, as well as running scenarios and modeling. You have experience in operations and supply chain management with strong communication skills and attention to detail to manage product forecasting and work closely with our cross-functional team to ensure all customers’ needs are met. What You Will Do • Lead and support cross-functional sales and operations planning process, both in reporting and interpreting data • Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing and operational teams • Engage with supply planner to optimize inventory including setting safety stock targets and inventory builds basis manufacturing holiday schedules across multiple manufacturing sites • Integrate customer inventory and forecasts into the demand plan where appropriate • Collaborate with broader team to plan and execute new product launches • Track forecast accuracy, bias, and standard deviation • Provide recommended forecast changes at the account and sku-level basis demand plan performance • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure on-time, full delivery • Deliver a monthly demand plan with expiry risk, weekly tracking to plan, and annual seasonality and SKU rationalization analysis Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field • 5-7 years’ professional work experience; CPG industry experience required • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment • Willingness to take on challenging business problems, have a point of view, interpret data and provide recommendations to cross functional teams • Comfortable with working on a 100% remote-based team • Technologically savvy – has strong Excel proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems and other analytical tools, but also knowledge and experience aggregating and analyzing data without the support or tooling • Experience synthesizing data, formulating insights, and presenting recommendations to leadership • Ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally • Experience with forecast modeling and CPG retailer forecasting What We Offer • Compensation Range: $95,000 to $120,000 base compensation • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance for you, and optional coverage for your family • Disability and Life Insurance • 401k Retirement Plan • 3 weeks PTO, 11 paid holidays and sick time: we value your work life balance • A high performing, rewarding, and tight knit team culture CAULIPOWER is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and is committed to creating and celebrating a diverse work environment.
