**Your Opportunity**
As a Senior Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our top customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, supply chain, and logistics teams, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving business growth and improving customer retention.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Own the communication and management for one of the top 15 accounts, guiding the life-cycle of the order from order entry to delivery
* Proactively partner with Supply Planning and Demand Planning to resolve shortages and obtain options for customer recovery
* Collaborate with the transportation team to provide ongoing updates to customers, sales, and brokers
* Handle late/light order approval processes and ensure all order management guidelines are followed to minimize errors and maximize Supply Chain efficiency
* Assist in managing Customer Master Data to ensure accurate customer records and minimize order entry delays
* Develop strong and trusted relationships with top customers through timely and accurate communications
* Manage a high volume of communication/requests, independently resolving issues in an accurate and timely manner
* Maintain and update documents related to customer accounts
* Conflict resolution: Ability to defuse high-pressure situations and remain solutions-driven
* Escalation point for Customer Success Specialists and other supply chain partners
* Provides and reports on order management/logistics-related account information in Excel and Power BI
* Hosting calls with sales, supply chain partners, and customers to discuss issues/concerns and present data on on-time and fill rate metrics
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 4+ years of related experience
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to accept constructive feedback
* Ability to coach, lead, and manage under conditions of ambiguity and uncertainty
* Ability to manage conflict
* Must be able to multi-task with many competing day-to-day activities with competing priorities
* Flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule
