Key Responsibilities - Identify and respond to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism, patience, and a results-oriented approach - Build and maintain internal and external relationships, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and open communication - Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information, adhering to strict data protection policies and procedures - Provide guidance and support to other staff members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction - Conduct interviews with customers, processing applications, and making informed recommendations for product and service approvals - Process payments, verify cash and endorsements, issue receipts, and perform other transactional tasks with accuracy and attention to detail - Prepare and present daily marketing offers, promoting arenaflex products and services to existing and potential customers - Manage assigned customer accounts, compiling and maintaining records of all daily tasks and activities Education, Qualifications, and Experience To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess: - A High School Diploma or equivalent - A minimum of 3 years of previous customer service experience, preferably in the financial industry - The ability to meet current licensing requirements of various states and federal regulators - Advanced interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels - Proficiency in MS Office Suite products, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies - A valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile, with a willingness to travel as required Preferred Experience While not essential, previous experience in the financial field would be highly advantageous, as would a strong understanding of financial products and services.
