UTTR is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple B2B client accounts. This is not a junior support role — you’ll own campaigns end-to-end, drive real business outcomes, and play a key role in shaping how we scale performance for our clients.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, revops, and client stakeholders), and bring a deeply data-driven mindset to everything you do.
What You’ll Be Doing
Campaign Strategy, Setup & Execution
• Own the tactical and operational management of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple B2B client accounts.
• Lead campaign setup, launch, and ongoing optimisation across LinkedIn Ads, Paid Search (Google & Bing), Meta, and other platforms (Reddit, X, etc. are a plus).
• Ensure flawless execution from brief to launch, with campaigns delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client KPIs.
Optimisation, Testing & Performance Analysis
• Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying opportunities and risks across accounts.
• Lead advanced testing and optimisation initiatives (audience, creative, bidding, budget, funnel performance).
• Conduct in-depth channel audits and performance analyses to uncover growth opportunities and efficiency gains.
• Move beyond vanity metrics — focus on pipeline impact, revenue influence, and meaningful business outcomes.
Data, Martech & Analytics
• Analyse and interpret data across B2B martech and analytics platforms, including HubSpot, CRM systems, GA4, and ad platforms.
• Use insights to continuously optimise performance and inform future strategy.
• Support accurate data management, reporting, and performance storytelling across accounts.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio is a strong plus.
Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with design, revops, analytics, and client teams to ensure assets, tracking, and reporting are implemented correctly.
• Provide clients with clear, concise, and actionable recommendations backed by data.
• Partner with platform reps and stay ahead of emerging features, best practices, and beta opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B campaign management.
• Proven experience managing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Paid Search (Google/Bing), and Meta.
• Strong understanding of how paid media integrates with broader B2B marketing and revenue strategies.
• Hands-on experience with B2B martech tools, including HubSpot, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
• Highly data-driven mindset — you love digging into performance, testing hypotheses, and optimising based on insights.
• Ability to analyse complex data sets and translate them into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply and confidently.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proactive, self-starting attitude — you bring that get sht done* energy.
• Advanced level of English (C1)
Nice to have:
• Experience with BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar data and visualisation tools.
• Experience working directly with platform reps.
• Experience with attribution/enrichment tools such as: Apollo, Primer, ZoomInfo, Albacross, HockeyStack, Terminus or Dreamdata.
Working Hours
• 100% remote.
• You can work from anywhere, but you must overlap with EST, CST, MST, or PST hours.
