As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving industry-leading customer experience initiatives for our DashPass subscribers and most loyal customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and tools teams, to identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, effectiveness, and customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Associate, Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for: * Partnering with teams within customer experience, product, engineering, and tools to improve processes and resulting customer experience for our customers * Producing, digging into, and using data and insights to identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, effectiveness, and customer experience * Accomplishing recommendations from start to finish, from digging into Excel/SQL to creating a budget to implementing timelines, aligning partners, testing ideas, achieving, and measuring results * Partnering with support and company-level leadership to guide priority projects **What We're Looking For** We're excited about candidates who possess the following qualities: * **Organizational skills**: You thrive in creating structure out of nothing and are able to prioritize tasks effectively. * **Problem-solving skills**: You're able to solve problems from first principles and are excited to solve problems in innovative ways. * **Analytical skills**: You're analytical and let data win arguments.
