They’re seeking a Senior Account Manager with strong HCP & Patient experience to help lead dynamic projects across strategy, digital, and social initiatives. This is a fully remote role open to candidates anywhere on the East Coast.
About the Role
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day client management and lead cross-functional collaboration across account, creative, and project management teams. You’ll play a key role in building strong client partnerships, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring top-quality execution on a range of innovative healthcare campaigns.
What You’ll Do
• Lead daily client communications and manage multiple high-profile accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, and strategic channels
• Guide account managers and project teams, providing mentorship and leadership
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution
• Lead client meetings and ensure alignment between agency objectives and client goals
• Support business development and contribute to the agency’s continued growth
What You Bring
• 3–4 years of healthcare advertising agency experience
• Proven background in HCP & Patient communications (rare disease or oncology preferred)
• Strong organizational and client relationship management skills
• Strategic thinker with experience leading integrated campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
