American Elite Global Solutions is looking for a YouTube Promoter/Manager to join our team on a percentage-based compensation plan. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for social media and digital marketing to work remotely and help grow our YouTube presence.
Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our YouTube audience
? Manage and promote YouTube content to maximize visibility and engagement
? Collaborate with content creators to plan, create, and optimize videos for our target audience
? Utilize SEO, keywords, and other YouTube best practices to drive growth
? Track, analyze, and report on channel metrics, viewer insights, and video performance
? Engage with viewers, manage comments, and foster a strong community
? Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends and algorithm changes
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels
? Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and audience engagement
? Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with content creators
? Creative mindset with a focus on producing engaging content
? Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics
? Knowledge of video editing software is a plus
