We are a forward-thinking tax preparation office seeking a tech-savvy and enthusiastic Seasonal Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team during the busy tax season. Responsibilities:
? Greet clients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
? Manage appointments and maintain an organized reception area.
? Assist clients with basic technology-related inquiries
? Scan and digitize client documents.
? Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.
? Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to data privacy protocols.
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
? Comfortable using various technological devices (e.g., computers, scanners, printers).
? Basic understanding of AI concepts and applications.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
? Prior experience in an office setting is a plus.
