Requirements:
? 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a preference for around 10 years of overall experience.
? Proven experience in agile development and implementation.
? Strong coaching and training skills in agile… methodologies.
? Versatile experience as a Scrum Master across multiple companies and projects (data, application, infrastructure, etc.).
? Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira, Jira Align).
? Scrum Master certification (any recognized certification is acceptable).
? US and Canada resident only.
