Job Description:
• Enable effective team performance and guide continuous improvement
• Maintain clear sprint goals for multiple development teams
• Manage cross-team dependencies and continuously improve delivery flow
• Conduct scrum ceremonies and teach Agile best practices
• Facilitate core Agile events and lightweight cross-team syncs
• Track and drive resolution of impediments across platforms
Requirements:
• 8+ years’ experience in IT
• 5+ years of Scrum Master/Agile facilitation
• 2+ years with multiple concurrent development teams
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (additional experience can be substituted for degree)
• Ability to quickly grasp business and technical requirements
• Proficient with VersionOne / Agility (or comparable tool)
• Proven ability to keep ceremonies purposeful, timeboxed, and engaging
• Ability to coach backlog readiness
• Strong facilitation skills
