This role is within a special education setting, focusing on supporting students with behavioral needs. This position requires experience with special education students and families. School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT... Area: Denver, CO Hourly Pay Range: starting at $30-$35+, finalized by school experience. Schedule: Academic School Year Calendar M-F Standard School Hours For the first 8 weeks, you'll be in a high school classroom with 13 students. After those 8 weeks, you'll have the option to choose from K-12 programs throughout the district. Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record data on student behavior and progress. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral challenges. Assist in developing and maintaining a positive and safe learning environment. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' behavioral goals. Requirements: Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred. 2 years of college credits in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. (60 Credit Hours) Previous experience working as a RBT, preferably in a school or pediatric setting. Experience with special education students and families is highly preferred.
