A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist providing telehealth services in Chatsworth, CA. This role requires working four days on-sitetwo days at the Chatsworth location and two days at the Lancaster locationwith one flexible day at either site based on program needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations for students aged 5 to 22 with significant behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges
• Designing and implementing intervention plans and support strategies tailored to individual student needs
• Consulting and collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Managing crisis situations using appropriate trauma-informed approaches
• Ensuring compliance with special education laws and maintaining accurate documentation
Qualifications for this position are:
• Current California credential or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with students with severe behavioral and developmental disabilities
• Strong understanding of special education law, behavioral interventions, and trauma-informed care practices
