We are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. We are currently hiring dedicated Teacher’s Aides/Paraprofessionals to support our educators in Pittsburgh?s elementary, middle, and high schools.
Key Responsibilities:
? Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
? Provide support to students with diverse learning needs
? Help create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere
? Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
? Collaborate with staff, parents, and specialists to ensure student success
? Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
Qualifications:
? Experience working in a school setting preferred
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Reliable, patient, and compassionate
? Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
