Job Description:
• Prepares and submits all compliancy, funding, and student data reports as required by state law
• Manages databases for school state reporting, state database for compliancy, and compliance cabinet for school sponsor
• Adheres to policies, processes, and procedures regarding state reporting, collection of information, and adherence to state guidelines
• Coordinates communication and submission of necessary documents to ensure compliancy and accuracy of reports
• Participate in funding maximization projects
• Assist in operational data analysis and report compilation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field of study
• Three (3) years in operations role OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State (Colorado) education regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of Colorado reporting structure and laws regarding state funding
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
• Ability to travel 10% of the time, as required for training
