About the Role We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales/Operations Analyst to support our rollout into retail stores nationwide. This is a full-time contract position with potential to convert to a permanent position based on the success of our nationwide retail rollout. You'll be the operational backbone during this critical growth phase, pulling sales, inventory and KPI data and formatting into reports, coordinating with our team, contacting retail store personnel via the phone, catching data discrepancies before they become problems, and helping us understand what’s working and what isn’t. This is a remote position and can be performed from anywhere in the United States. What You'll Do Data & Reporting • Pull and analyze sales data with arenaflex retail link, inventory levels, and other KPIs and report findings daily with actionable insights • Flag unusual data patterns (positive or negative) and do the detective work to figure out why • Report findings daily with actionable insights Coordination & Communication • Take meticulous notes and relay exact details • Ensure all parties have accurate, up-to-date information on product status and performance • Conduct outbound calls with retail stores and internal team members Customer Support • Document common issues and relay feedback to the team • Verify merchandising, inventory accuracy, and product placement • Handle inbound customer inquiries What We're Looking For Required: • Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous note-taking abilities • Proficiency with Excel/arenaflex Sheets (formulas, filtering, data manipulation) • Familiarity with using CRMs • Ability to recognize data discrepancies and anomalies • Strong written communication for customer support • Comfortable making outbound phone calls to retail stores (to assist with product placement in the proper locations) Preferred: • Background in administrative assistance, sales or operations coordination • Experience in retail or CPG (helpful but not required) • Previous customer service experience Timeline & Growth Path This is a flexible-length contract position tied to the rollout timeline. Strong performance and successful execution of the retail expansion can lead to conversion to a permanent role with expanded responsibilities and opportunities as we scale.
