Job Title: Salesforce Solution Consultant
Location: Remote
Summary: The project focuses on sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing the customers' Recruiting Information Support System to support large number of recruiters worldwide. It involves maintaining the legacy Oracle-based system while supporting the development and transition to Salesforce-based CRM. The effort addresses recruiting challenges through modern technology, data analytics, and improved system capabilities. A phased, carefully managed transition ensures uninterrupted recruiting operations while enabling long-term modernization.
Responsibilities:
• The candidate shall analyze business requirements, design and configure the Salesforce CRM solution.
• The candidate shall document solution design, create user stories creation, and support the configuration and development efforts.
• Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions primarily using declarative tools, with special focus on:
• Public Sector Solutions (Grants Management, CaseIssue Management, Public Sector Data Model, ProgramBenefit Management)
• OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniOut)
• Talent Recruitment object model (Job, Position, Requisition, Candidate, Application, Assessment, Offer, etc.)
• Translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce architectures, including:
• Optimal data models and object relationships
• Securitysharing models (role hierarchy, sharing rules, manual sharing)
• Automation (Flows, OmniScripts, Approval Processes)
• User experience design with Lightning pages, Record Pages, and OmniStudio components
• Build and configure high-quality solutions using primarily clicks-not-code tools, with occasional light custom development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) when required.
• Provide high level design in collaborate with Architect on technical approach
• Create prototypes / proofs-of-concept (PoCs) to validate solution approaches, particularly for complex OmniScripts, FlexCard-driven experiences, and recruitment workflows.
• Collaborate with project team members (developers, admins, business analysts) to review designs, mentor on best practices, and ensure solutions remain maintainable.
• Support data migration strategies, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live optimization.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through clear communication, regular demos, and ongoing advisory support.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Solution Consultant in a regulated and compliant environment
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Solution Design, Configuration, User Story Creation. Strong solution design skills.
• The candidate shall possess expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and relevant industry best practices.
QualificationsSkills:
• Strong experience delivering projects in Public Sector and/or Talent Acquisition / Recruiting domains
• Proven hands-on expertise with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions data model and functionality
• Good working knowledge of the Talent Recruitment object model (Job, Position, Candidate, Application, Requisition, etc.)
• Strong declarative development skills (Flow, Lightning App Builder, Record Types, Page Layouts, OmniStudio tools)
• Experience with Salesforce security models, data modeling, and performance best practices
• Familiarity with integration patterns (API, Integration Procedures, basic MuleSoft)
• Excellent client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to translate business needs into high level designs and documentation
Required Certifications
• Required Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
Strongly Preferred Certifications / Experience
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
• OmniStudio Developer / OmniStudio Consultant certification (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
• Experience with Public Sector Solutions (Talent Recruitment, Case, or Program Management)
• Experience implementing Talent Management / Recruiting solutions on Salesforce
