Numerix is a leader in financial technology, providing expertise and software for pricing and risk management. They are seeking a highly organized Sales Support - Americas to assist Senior Sales Executives by managing sales operations and ensuring the sales team is equipped to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Support assigned Senior Sales Executives with day‑to‑day sales operations, including:Price quote creation
- Contract generation
- Salesforce hygiene and opportunity management
- Maintain and update Mutual Action Plans to ensure alignment and deal momentum
- Liaise cross‑functionally with Sales Operations, Legal, Deal Desk and Sales Enablement to remove roadblocks and keep deals progressing
- Track and report on KPIs such as:Speed from quote to cash
- Opportunity completeness in Salesforce
- MAP adherence and updates
Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, and Excel
- Exceptionally organized, efficient, and reliable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders
- Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, or enhance productivity
