We are a fast-growing moving company. We currently have 5 sales reps handling inbound leads and an existing CRM setup in SmartMoving/Ring Central.
We are seeking a Revenue Operations / Sales Operations consultant to design and implement a structured, scalable sales system. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting and installing sales systems, with a focus on optimizing revenue processes. Responsibilities include analyzing current sales operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient solutions to enhance sales performance.

We are not looking for a marketing agency.

Our Challenges:
1) Conversion Visibility & Funnel Tracking
- We do not have clean visibility into true conversion rates by channel.
- We know where leads come from but cannot clearly track performance through each funnel stage.
- Lost-reason tracking is inconsistent.
- We cannot confidently answer why customers do not book.
- We need structured funnel math and reporting.
2) Sales Process Rebuild
- Lead intake standards
- Qualification framework

Support during first sales cycle to refine and validate system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience rebuilding sales systems in home service businesses (moving, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, etc.)
- Strong CRM implementation background
- Experience with inbound phone-heavy businesses
- Ability to show past dashboards, SOPs, or frameworks
