We are a fast-growing moving company. We currently have 5 sales reps handling inbound leads and an existing CRM setup in SmartMoving/Ring Central. We are seeking a Revenue Operations / Sales Operations consultant to design and implement a structured, scalable sales system. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting and installing sales systems, with a focus on optimizing revenue processes. Responsibilities include analyzing current sales operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient solutions to enhance sales performance. We are not looking for a sales rep. We are not looking for a marketing agency. We are looking for a Sales Operations / Revenue Operations consultant who can architect and install a structured, scalable sales machine. Our Challenges: 1) Conversion Visibility & Funnel Tracking - We do not have clean visibility into true conversion rates by channel. - We know where leads come from but cannot clearly track performance through each funnel stage. - Lost-reason tracking is inconsistent. - We cannot confidently answer why customers do not book. - We need structured funnel math and reporting. 2) Sales Process Rebuild - Lead intake standards - Qualification framework - CRM discipline (required fields, clean stages) - Estimate process structure - Follow-up cadence (calls, texts, emails) - Script framework - Objection handling system - Rep-level KPI tracking 3) Documentation & Training Infrastructure - Sales SOP manual - Onboarding framework - Lead distribution rules - Rep scorecards - Call review cadence - Weekly reporting rhythm - Clear ownership and accountability Scope: Phase 1 (60–90 Days): - Funnel mapping and KPI definitions - CRM structure cleanup - Channel-level reporting - Lost-reason tracking system - Script and objection framework - Rep scorecard system - Lead distribution rules - Documentation package Phase 2 (Optional): Support during first sales cycle to refine and validate system. Requirements: - Proven experience rebuilding sales systems in home service businesses (moving, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, etc.) - Strong CRM implementation background - Experience with inbound phone-heavy businesses - Ability to show past dashboards, SOPs, or frameworks To Apply (Mandatory): 1) Describe a similar rebuild you led. 2) What KPIs are essential for a $2–5M home service business? 3) How do you structure lost-reason tracking? 4) Share a redacted dashboard or SOP sample.
