Job Description:
• Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio of SaaS customers in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, chemical manufacturing) with a focus on upselling and account expansion.
• Building meaningful and long-term relationship with your customer base.
• Create strategic development plans with a long-term vision for your portfolio.
• Active outreach to new sites, users and key stakeholders within your existing accounts.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Implementation Consultants, and Product teams to drive adoption and customer satisfaction
• Support software demonstrations and value-based discussions tailored to manufacturing and GxP environments
• Lead contract renewals, ensuring timely closure and revenue retention.
• Support accurate invoicing in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand into new sites, plants, or business units
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience in selling into industrial, pharmaceutical, biotech or regulated environments
• Familiarity with MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot (or comparable CRM tools).
• Proven track managing accounts and building long term relationships.
• Excellent communication, active listening, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Results-driven, integrity-led team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
• Understanding of plant operations, shift work or production workflows
