Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and new graduates. The role involves providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients in their homes. Daily tasks include administering medications, monitoring patient health, maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating with healthcare providers, and educating patients and their families about care plans. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols is also a key responsibility. Qualifications Registered Nursing (RN) and Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) skills Ability to monitor patient health and administer medications Excellent patient record-keeping and documentation skills Strong communication and coordination skills with healthcare providers Capable of educating patients and families on care plans Familiarity with healthcare regulations and protocols Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently License to practice as an RN or LPN CPR and First Aid certification is a plus Experience in home healthcare is preferred but not required
