Implementation of the risk management function and coordinating the risk management processes of the Robinhood Crypto Europe
Creating and monitoring Risk Appetite Statements and Key Risk Indicators
Overseeing and coordinating Risk & Control Self Assessments for Robinhood Crypto Europe
Oversight and control of the ICT and security risk management system
Reviewing and reporting on risks and incidents and maintaining associated registers
Reporting significant risk events , breaches and routine risk reporting to the Board
Conducting regular risk monitoring and escalating identified risks and control issues to the Board
Collaborating with global risk teams to develop and mature Robinhood risk management standards and methodologies
Identifying, assessing and monitoring outsourcing risks
Ensuring proper and compliant outsourcing process and oversight of it
Daily oversight of the outsourced functions and relationships with outsource service providers
## What you bring
6+ years building and executing risk management programs for a financial services or cryptocurrency entity
Bachelor’s degree
Experience building, designing, or deploying risk programs or specialities, such as:
Key Risk Indicators
Risk and Control Self Assessments
Risk Appetite
Outsourcing Risk Management
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
ICT Risk Management
